GUIANALISISIn 1976, Certified Public Accountant Sonia del Carmen Díaz established Contadores Asesores Financieros, S.A., to offer auditing and accounting services as well as financial consultancy to diverse companies in Panamá. By 1993, Guianálisis Asesores Financieros Especializados, S.A., was founded with the objective of separating the accounting and auditing operations from other specialized services such as market and economic studies as well legal assessment. With more than 30 years of experience, our personnel dedicates one hundred percent to provide specialized services in auditing, consultancy, financial studies, property management, economic studies and mechanized accounting under the professional and technical management of Attorney and C.P.A. Sonia del Carmen Diaz.   In 2010, Guianalisis joined FY International (FYI), a consortium of select auditing, legal and consulting firms in the Americas, Asia and Europe, based in Vancouver, Canada. Together we apply resources and solutions suited to the needs of the international market with members established in major cities worldwide. Guianalisis has its own facilities located at the center of Panama City, where you will be received by a staff highly trained with extensive skills to build a mutual trust with our clients. |

Mgter. Sonia del Carmen DíazCertified Public Accountant and an Attorney, with more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, including all types of industrial, commercial and financial companies in the Free Zone. She has other titles such as a Master’s Degree in Forensic Auditing from the Specialized University of the Certified Public Accountant, and a Post-Graduate Degree in Computer Systems Auditing conferred by the Technological University of Panama. |
Lic. Victor SmithCertified Public Accountant who graduated from the University of Panama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Science and Specialization in Commerce with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, including industrial and commercial companies and those from the Colon Free Zone. |
Carlos Castrellón, LL.MAttorney at law, graduated from the University Santa Maria La Antigua, Panama, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science. He holds a Master degree in International Law from the University of Gent, Belgium, and leads our related practices in business and corporate law, immigration law, labor law, offshore services and Real Estate Administration. Moreover, he is a Maritime and Labor Law Professor at the International Maritime University of Panama. |
